Selective Outsourcing is a process to fill a management role when either a full-time staffing position cannot be justified or the organization needs to have some options open to fill a function with multiple talent input. Selective outsourcing provides considerable expertise without making large financial commitments. These commitments can be considered long term on a contractual basis.

The interim manager is more than a consultant. The interim manager becomes involved with the business to fill an operational function. A consultant helps plan where to go and what to do; an interim manager makes it happen. The interim manager has line responsibility to make decisions and make the business operation run effectively.

Cost is always a concern. Because DDGInc does not have a high administration base it can come in at relatively lower rates.
