with strong analytical and leadership skills, who can apply extensive

objectives. He is an experienced project manager and team player
use to responsibilities in matrix, fast-paced organizations.
He has an Executive MBA from California State University Hayward
and a Masters of Science in Information Technology (Computer
Systems).
His business experience includes working as a Senior Consultant with a leading credit card service group:
- Credit Card service design market research and business cases preparation

McNeil, MSc(Ag), PAg is
a Principal at DDGInc. He is an agriculture
and business professional with government and private sector
management and leadership experience. Al also has international
experience in designing, developing and implementing projects.

- Numerous written and oral presentations to boards of directors, funding agencies, scientific and farmer advisory comittees, which have lead to the adoption of new business, production management procedures and new project funding

Edward Thompson, PhD, PEng is a Principal at DDGInc. Ted has over 20 years experience in the areas of engineering, project management, bio-technology, planning, risk analysis; computer modelling and government assignments. His attributes include good communication, both oral and written, the ability to prepare lengthy complex documents for a non-technical audience, the ability to work in a harmonious atmosphere on small or large project teams and a flexibility in thought process and working style. Part of his career included 13 years as an engineering project manager with a Kuwait investment group based in Los Angeles. His specific experience includes:
